　　高速精密角接觸球軸承使用壽命與安裝有很大關(guān)系，應(yīng)注意以下事項(xiàng)：

　　1.軸承安裝應(yīng)在無塵，潔凈的房間內(nèi)進(jìn)行，軸承要經(jīng)過精心選配，軸承用隔圈要經(jīng)過研磨，在保持內(nèi)外圈隔圈等高的前提下，隔圈平行度應(yīng)控制在1um以下；

 

　　1. Bearing installation should be carried out in a dustless and clean room. Bearings should be carefully selected and matched. Bearing diaphragms should be ground. The diaphragm parallelism of the diaphragms should be controlled below 1um on the premise of keeping the inner and outer diaphragms high.

 

　　2.軸承安裝前應(yīng)清洗干凈，清洗時(shí)內(nèi)圈斜坡朝上，手感應(yīng)靈活，無停滯感，晾干后，放入規(guī)定量油脂，如屬油霧潤滑應(yīng)放入少量的油霧油；

 

　　2. Bearings should be cleaned before installation, cleaning the inner ring slope upward, hand-sensitive flexible, no sense of stagnation, after drying, into the prescribed amount of grease, such as oil mist lubrication should be put into a small amount of oil mist oil;

 

　　3.軸承安裝應(yīng)采用專門工具，受力均勻，嚴(yán)禁敲打；

　　4.軸承存放應(yīng)清潔通風(fēng)，無腐蝕氣體，相對濕度不超 過65%，長期保管應(yīng)定期防銹。
