一般,如果正確使用軸承,可以使用至達到疲勞壽命為止。但會有意外過早地損傷,不能耐于使用的情況。這種早期損傷,與疲勞壽命相對,是被稱做故障或事故的品質(zhì)使用限度。多起因于安裝、使用、潤滑上的不注意,從外部侵入的異物,對于軸、外殼的熱影響之研究不夠充分等。

關(guān)于軸承的損傷狀態(tài)如:滾子軸承的套圈、擋邊的卡傷,作為原因可考慮,潤滑劑不足、不適合、供排油構(gòu)造的缺陷、異物的侵入、軸承安裝誤差、軸的撓曲過大,也會有這些原因重合。
