關(guān)于SKF圓錐孔軸承的安裝,對于較大的軸承,建議使用SKF液壓推進法(SKF Drive-up Method).這一方法比以測量游隙減量和鎖緊螺母的緊縮角度省時間和更為準確。特大型軸承的安裝,可以使用SKF電控安裝法(SKF SensorMount Method)來測量內(nèi)圈的膨脹量。由于感測器是嵌入在軸承的內(nèi)圈,可以更簡易、快速和準確地安裝。
For the installation of SKF tapered bore bearings, the SKF Drive-up Method is recommended for larger bearings. This method saves time and is more accurate than measuring clearance reduction and the tightening angle of locking nuts. The expansion of inner ring can be measured by SKF Sensor Mount Method in the installation of extra large bearing. Since the sensor is embedded in the inner ring of the bearing, it can be installed more simply, quickly and accurately.
帶圓錐孔的SKF軸承一般是以過盈配合安裝。過盈量可以通過測量徑向游隙減量或內(nèi)圈在圓錐形軸頸上軸向位移量來確定。適用于安裝圓錐孔球面滾子軸承的方法包括:測量游隙減量、測量鎖緊落幕的鎖緊角度、測量軸向推進距離、測量內(nèi)圈膨脹量、內(nèi)徑100mm或以下的小軸承,可以通過測量鎖緊螺母的鎖緊角度來安裝。
Bearings with tapered holes are usually fitted with interference fit.
