即便是小型加工中心的保養(yǎng)能夠及時到位,在機床長時間使用后其ntn軸承精度也會出現(xiàn)精度超差等現(xiàn)象的發(fā)生。概括起來影響機床主軸變形的因素主要有磨損造成的變形、摩擦熱造成的變形以及機床主軸軸承安裝不規(guī)范造成的變形等三種。

磨損幾乎是伴隨著機床的整個生命周期,對小型加工中心也不例外,不過這種自然磨損具有一定的穩(wěn)定性。但是如果是潤滑油量過低或者缺失將會導致ntn軸承的急劇磨損,這種非自然的磨損對機床軸承的損壞將是不可逆。只有通過大修的方式恢復軸承的加工精度及直線度才可徹底修復。

機床ntn軸承在工作過程中由于工件的負荷、軸承滾動體與內(nèi)外圈之間的摩擦的原因會引起溫度升高,從而導致軸承因受熱發(fā)生膨脹而產(chǎn)生變形。如在潤滑油量充足、有效的情況下,這種受熱變形都可以得到有效遏制。怕就怕上述第二種情況下的潤滑油缺失造成的干磨,這種狀態(tài)下不僅會產(chǎn)生軸承滾道磨損脫銷,還將產(chǎn)生大量的摩擦熱,造成ntn軸承損壞和提前失效。
