NTN軸承安裝結(jié)束后，為了檢查安裝是否正確，要進行運轉(zhuǎn)檢查。小型機械可以用手旋轉(zhuǎn)，以確認(rèn)是否旋轉(zhuǎn)順暢。檢查項目有因異物、傷痕、壓痕而造成的運轉(zhuǎn)不暢，因安裝不良，安裝座加工不良而產(chǎn)生的力矩不穩(wěn)定，由于游隙過小、安裝誤差、密封摩擦而引起的力矩過大等等。如無異常則可以開始動力運轉(zhuǎn)。

大型機械不能手動旋轉(zhuǎn)，所以空載啟動后立即切斷動力，機械空轉(zhuǎn)，檢查有無振動、噪音、旋轉(zhuǎn)部件是否有接觸等等，確認(rèn)無異常后，進入動力運轉(zhuǎn)。

動力運轉(zhuǎn)，從空載低速開始，緩緩的提高至所定條件的額定運轉(zhuǎn)。試運轉(zhuǎn)中檢查事項為，是否有異常音響、NTN軸承溫度的變化、潤滑劑的泄漏或變色等等。如果發(fā)現(xiàn)異常，應(yīng)立即中止運轉(zhuǎn)，檢查機械，必要時要拆下NTN軸承檢查。

NTN軸承溫度，一般可根據(jù)NTN軸承座的外部溫度推測。但利用油孔直接測量NTN軸承外圈的溫度更加準(zhǔn)確。NTN軸承溫度，從運轉(zhuǎn)開始逐漸升高，通常1——2小時后溫度穩(wěn)定。如果NTN軸承安裝不良，溫度會急劇上升，出現(xiàn)異常高溫。其原因諸如潤滑劑過多、NTN軸承游隙過小、安裝不良、密封裝置摩擦過大等。高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的場合，NTN軸承結(jié)構(gòu)、潤滑方式的選擇錯誤等也是其原因。
NTN bearing temperature can generally be deduced according to the external temperature of NTN bearing block. However, it is more accurate to directly measure the outer ring temperature of NTN bearings by using oil holes. NTN bearing temperature gradually increases from operation, usually 1——2 hours after the temperature is stable. If the NTN bearing is not installed properly, the temperature will rise sharply, and there will be an abnormal high temperature. The reasons include too much lubricant, too small clearance of NTN bearing, poor installation, excessive friction of sealing device, etc. High speed rotation, NTN bearing structure, lubrication mode selection error is also the reason.
NTN軸承的轉(zhuǎn)動音用聽診器等檢查，有較強的金屬噪聲、異音、不規(guī)則音等說明異常。其原因有潤滑不良、軸或NTN軸承座精度不良、NTN軸承損傷、異物侵入等。
