FAG軸承是支承軸轉(zhuǎn)動的組合件。其套圈和滾動體都是經(jīng)過精密加工的。角接觸球軸承在出廠前,為了保護(hù)滾道和滾動體表面不被銹蝕,在滾道和滾動體之間注入了防銹油或防銹脂。因此軸承安裝前應(yīng)進(jìn)行清洗。用防銹油封存的軸承可用汽油或煤油直接清洗;用厚油或防銹油脂防銹的,須先用輕質(zhì)礦物油,如10#機(jī)油或變壓器油加熱將油脂溶化冷卻后,再用汽油或煤油清洗。兩面帶防塵蓋或密封圈的軸承,在出廠前已加入了潤滑脂,因此安裝時不用再清洗。涂有潤滑防銹兩用潤滑油的角接觸球軸承,安裝時也不需清洗。在清洗安裝過程中,應(yīng)嚴(yán)防外來異物落入軸承中,因微小磨粒都會引起滾動體與滾道之間的磨損、加大噪聲和振動。
FAG bearing is a combination of supporting shaft rotation. The rings and rollers are precision machined. In order to protect the surface of raceway and rolling element from rust, anti-rust oil or anti-rust grease was injected between raceway and rolling element before the angular contact ball bearing was manufactured. Therefore, the bearing should be cleaned before installation. Bearings sealed with rust-proof oil can be cleaned directly with gasoline or kerosene; bearings sealed with heavy or rust-proof oils must be melted and cooled with light mineral oils, such as 10 # engine oil or transformer oil, and then cleaned with gasoline or kerosene. Bearings with dustproof covers or sealing rings on both sides have been greased before they are manufactured, so they need not be cleaned during installation. Angular contact ball bearings coated with lubricating and antirust lubricating oil do not need to be cleaned when installed. In the process of cleaning and installation, foreign bodies should be strictly prevented from falling into the bearing, because the small abrasive particles will cause wear and tear between the roller and raceway, increase noise and vibration.
FAG軸承的裝拆主要通過兩種途徑。一是將過盈套圈壓入軸上或壓入軸承座孔內(nèi);一是通過加熱軸承使其內(nèi)徑漲大,或冷卻軸承使其外徑縮小,將角接觸球軸承輕易裝在軸上或推入座孔內(nèi)。當(dāng)采用加壓方式時,機(jī)械力或液壓力通過專用裝置將力直接作用于被裝拆的座圈上,決不允許裝卸力通過滾動體傳遞。否則會造成滾道和滾動體表面壓痕、增大噪聲和振動以致造成破壞。如果采用加熱或冷卻方法進(jìn)行裝拆,應(yīng)嚴(yán)格控制加熱溫度或冷卻溫度。因?yàn)镕AG軸承工作表面的強(qiáng)度受金屬表面金相組織結(jié)構(gòu)的影響、溫度過高會造成回火效應(yīng);溫度過底會引起金屬表面的脆化。通常加熱溫度不得超過100℃,冷卻最低溫度不得底于零下50℃。同時還要考慮加熱要均勻。
There are two ways to assemble and disassemble FAG bearings. One is to press the interference ring into the shaft or into the bearing seat hole; the other is to increase the internal diameter of the bearing by heating it, or to reduce the external diameter of the cooling bearing, so that the angular contact ball bearing can be easily installed on the shaft or pushed into the seat hole. When pressure is applied, mechanical or hydraulic forces act directly on the seat ring to be assembled and disassembled through a special device, and loading and unloading forces are never allowed to pass through the rolling body. Otherwise, it will cause raceway and rolling surface indentation, increase noise and vibration, resulting in damage. If heating or cooling methods are used for assembly and disassembly, the heating temperature or cooling temperature should be strictly controlled. Because the strength of the working surface of FAG bearing is affected by the metallographic structure of the metal surface, too high temperature will cause tempering effect; too low temperature will cause the embrittlement of the metal surface. Usually, the heating temperature should not exceed 100 degrees, and the lowest temperature should not be below 50 degrees below zero. At the same time, we should consider heating uniformity.
實(shí)踐證明,F(xiàn)AG軸承安裝不當(dāng)是導(dǎo)致軸承過早損壞的原因之一。而裝拆帶過盈的套圈又是一件十分困難的事,因此在設(shè)計(jì)支承時,必須考慮角接觸球軸承如何裝拆和便于裝拆的問題。對于重型機(jī)械大型軸承的裝拆往往需要設(shè)計(jì)專用設(shè)備。如果高壓油拆卸就需相應(yīng)設(shè)計(jì)油路、管道及泵等。
Practice has proved that improper installation of FAG bearing is one of the reasons for premature bearing damage. It is very difficult to assemble and disassemble the ring with interference, so the problem of how to assemble and disassemble the angular contact ball bearing must be considered when designing the bearing. For heavy machinery and large bearings, assembly and disassembly often requires special equipment design. If the high-pressure oil is removed, it is necessary to design corresponding oil circuits, pipes and pumps.
