  1、FAG軸承型號(hào)的選擇:軸承型號(hào)一般是根據(jù)配套產(chǎn)品的使用條件及承受負(fù)荷對(duì)FAG軸承進(jìn)行選擇。所以必須了解用戶的實(shí)際負(fù)荷是否與所選FAG軸承相符合,如果軸承達(dá)不到使用要求,應(yīng)盡快改選型號(hào),但除非特殊產(chǎn)品在選擇型號(hào)上一般不會(huì)有什么問(wèn)題。

  2、FAG軸承游隙的選擇:在購(gòu)買FAG軸承時(shí)一般只會(huì)告知在什么型號(hào)、等級(jí),很少會(huì)對(duì)FAG軸承的游隙提出要求,業(yè)務(wù)人員必須問(wèn)清軸承的使用條件、其中FAG軸承的轉(zhuǎn)速、溫度、配合公差都直接關(guān)系到FAG軸承游隙的選擇。一般在3500轉(zhuǎn)/分以下轉(zhuǎn)速的電機(jī)大多采用CM游隙,如高溫高速電機(jī)則要求采用相對(duì)較大的游隙。FAG軸承游隙在裝配后會(huì)因?yàn)閮?nèi)孔的漲大及外圓的縮小而導(dǎo)致減少,游隙的減少量=過(guò)盈量×60%(FAG軸承室是鋁的除外)。比如軸承裝配前游隙是0.01mm,裝配時(shí)過(guò)盈量為 0.01mm,則FAG軸承裝配后的游隙為0.004mm。在理論上軸承在零游隙時(shí)噪音和壽命都達(dá)到最佳的狀態(tài),但在實(shí)際運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中考慮到溫升等問(wèn)題,軸承在裝配后游隙為0.002mm-0.004mm較好。
 
  2. Selection of FAG bearing clearance: When purchasing FAG bearings, the general will only inform in what type and grade, very few of the FAG bearing clearance requirements, business personnel must ask the use of bearings, which FAG bearing speed, temperature, fit tolerance are directly related to the choice of FAG bearing clearance. CM clearance is usually used for motors with rotational speeds below 3500 rpm. For high-temperature and high-speed motors, relatively large clearance is required. The clearance of FAG bearing will be reduced after assembly because of the enlargement of the inner hole and the reduction of the outer circle. The reduction of the clearance is equal to the interference of 60% (except that the FAG bearing chamber is aluminum). For example, if the clearance before bearing assembly is 0.01 mm, and the interference is 0.01 mm, the clearance after FAG bearing assembly is 0.004 mm. In theory, the noise and life of the bearing reach the best state at zero clearance, but in actual operation, considering temperature rise and other issues, the clearance of the bearing after assembly is 0.002mm-0.004mm better.
 
  3、油脂的選擇:油脂的選擇一般是根據(jù)FAG軸承的轉(zhuǎn)速、耐溫情況、噪音要求及起動(dòng)力矩等方面進(jìn)行選擇,要求對(duì)各種油脂的性能很了解。

  4、FAG軸承密封型式的選擇:FAG軸承的潤(rùn)滑可分為油潤(rùn)滑和脂潤(rùn)滑。油潤(rùn)滑F(xiàn)AG軸承一般是選用形式軸承,脂潤(rùn)滑F(xiàn)AG軸承一般選用防塵蓋或橡膠密封件密封。防塵蓋適用于高溫或使用環(huán)境好的部位,密封件分接觸式密封和非接觸式密封兩種,接觸式密封防塵性能好但起動(dòng)力矩大,非接式密封起動(dòng)力矩小,但密封性能沒有接觸式好。

So when controlling the tolerance of shaft and FAG bearing chamber, the roundness must also be controlled.
 
  2、FAG軸承的裝配方式:因?yàn)镕AG軸承是高精度產(chǎn)品,如裝配不當(dāng)很容易對(duì)FAG軸承溝道造成損傷,導(dǎo)致軸承損壞。FAG軸承在裝配時(shí)應(yīng)有專用的模具,不能隨意敲打,在壓入軸時(shí)只能小圈受力,壓大圈時(shí)只能大圈受力。裝配時(shí)要求采用氣壓或液壓,在壓裝時(shí)上下模要外于水平狀態(tài),如有傾斜會(huì)導(dǎo)致軸承溝道因受力損壞,而使FAG軸承產(chǎn)生導(dǎo)響。

  3、裝配異物的防止:FAG軸承在裝到轉(zhuǎn)子上做動(dòng)平衡時(shí)很容易將動(dòng)平衡時(shí)產(chǎn)生的鐵屑進(jìn)入FAG軸承內(nèi)部,因此最好是裝軸承前做動(dòng)平衡。裝配時(shí)在FAG軸承室內(nèi)涂上一些油或油脂起潤(rùn)滑效果,但往往操作人員很難將量控制好,如果油或油脂在FAG軸承室內(nèi)積留較多,在FAG軸承轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)時(shí)很容易沿著軸進(jìn)入軸承內(nèi)部。軸承室最好是不要涂油或油脂,如非涂不可則要控制不得在FAG軸承室內(nèi)有積留。

  3.   4、漆銹的預(yù)防:漆銹的特征是多發(fā)在封密式的電機(jī),電機(jī)在裝配時(shí)聲音很好,但在倉(cāng)庫(kù)內(nèi)放了一些時(shí)間后,電機(jī)異響變的很大,拆下FAG軸承有嚴(yán)重生銹現(xiàn)象。以前很多廠家都會(huì)認(rèn)為是軸承的問(wèn)題,現(xiàn)在電機(jī)廠已經(jīng)意識(shí)到主要是絕緣漆的問(wèn)題。該問(wèn)題主要是因?yàn)榻^緣漆揮發(fā)出來(lái)的酸性物質(zhì)在一定的溫度、濕度下形成腐蝕性的物質(zhì),把FAG軸承溝道腐蝕后導(dǎo)致FAG軸承損壞。該問(wèn)題目前只能是選用好的絕緣漆,并在烘干后通風(fēng)一段時(shí)間后裝配。

The problem can only be selected good insulating varnish and will be assembled after drying for a period of time.
 
  5、FAG軸承的壽命是與制造、裝配、使用都緊密相關(guān)的,必須在每個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)都做好,才能使軸承處于最佳的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)狀態(tài),從而延長(zhǎng)FAG軸承的使用壽命。
